Following the rapid growth of VISTAGE in Europe, the world’s leading executive coaching organisation is opening in the United Arab Emirates, with it’s first Chief Executive groups launching in Dubai in the first half of 2022.

VISTAGE UAE will be based in Dubai and will hold monthly meetings locally. Whilst it is mainly focussed on small to medium business CEOs, VISTAGE has members in Fortune 500 companies across the globe, so we are aiming to have a mix of 12 individuals per group that have the common aim to better themselves and develop their leadership. Our goal is to bring some of the top minds on the VISTAGE speaking circuit to the UAE and have them work and engage with our members during our meetings. These ‘board meetings’ are then supported with 1-2-1 individual coaching as well as access to a huge global network of 25,000 other members around the world, giving access to growth, networking and business development. 

Our aim is to launch a foundation group in the first half the year, so we are looking for founding members that want to shape the culture and mindset of the first groups in Dubai. VISTAGE UAE will be organising a number of local and online ‘discovery’ events to explain how VISTAGE works, as well as to have our members and speakers explain their personal experiences to potential members.
